My over all experience has been very disappointing. The cooler weighs twice as much as an average cooler and does not keep items cool any longer than others. As a matter of fact, we put 2 bags of ice in the Kong 25 at 6:00PM on Monday, June 27, 2022 and as I am writing to you today at 12:45 (CT)(6/29/2022) there is no ice left in the cooler. It has been kept closed and in the shade at all times. I purchased the Kong 25 for my husband and I to use while traveling and camping. It is just the 2 of us with a few bottles of water and 2 bags of ice. My husband was shocked that I purchased such an expensive new cooler for our new adventures when we have several older coolers. But I wanted the latest and greatest cooler for our first trip as a retired couple. He was right about spending too much of our hard earned money and I am very disappointed.

United StatesIThis is a great piece & exactly as expected. I purchased a 70 approx 3 months ago & was very pleased with the construction ,handles,hinges & color. I seceded to add the 25 for smaller applications & the size is perfect. I did not consider another brand as I researched this before ordering the 70 & knew what to expect. A quality,USA made cooler. The Kong is superior to the Yeti ,Pelican & host of others that vow to be King!
